Shipping & Returns
Hot Box Betty is located in beautiful Bend, Oregon and therefore purchases from us are TAX FREE!
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation to the email you provided notifying you that your order has been received and is processing. Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of your payment posting. If you have questions or concerns about your order, please call us at (541).383.0050 between the hours of 10:00AM - 6:00PM PST seven days a week or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Once your order ships, you will also receive a shipping confirmation to the email you provided at the time of check out.
- We offer a local pickup at our Bend, Oregon location. Simply select Local Pickup at the time of checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up, generally within 24 hours.
- All orders under $250 will ship via USPS Priority for a flat rate of $10.00
- All orders over $250 will ship via USPS Priority for a flat rate of $5.00
- Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please contact us prior to placing your order at (541) 383.0050 or email@example.com .
Refused shipments will be assessed a 25% restock fee and all shipping charges. Please note we are not responsible or liable for the return, tracking of, receipt or condition of refused shipments.
- Please note we are not responsible for delays in postal service transit times.
- Please note Hot Box Betty does not ship on Sundays.
- Delivery Times to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take several additional days.
- Unfortunately, Hot Box Betty does not ship Internationally at this time.
- Sale Merchandise is final sale, no returns. We do not accept returns on swimwear, intimates or fragrances.
- Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all price and hang tags intact. Shoes must remain in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
- If the request meets our return criteria, you will be issued a “Return Authorization” (RA) number and a return shipping label. Both will be sent to the email you provided at the time of purchase.
- Packages without a valid RA number will not be accepted.
- Your package must be returned to HOT BOX BETTY using the USPS Priority return label provided to you. Please have the package picked up within 2 days of receiving your RA number.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.
- You will receive your refund back to the original method of payment within 15 days of Hot Box Betty receiving your return.
- If a package is refused or returned undeliverable, all shipping costs will be deducted from refund.
- All orders over $2,000 are shipped requiring direct signature upon delivery. If you would like to release signature confirmation please contact us upon placing your order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Because Hot Box Betty is an exclusively curated boutique, sizes are limited and therefore we do not offer an exchange policy. If you would like another size of an item you previously ordered, please place a new order and if your size is no longer available, you may personally contact us at (541).383.0500 to place a special order. Special orders are not guaranteed and are considered final sales.
- DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact Hot Box Betty immediately.
Hot Box Betty only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the designer or designer representative. Products subject to distressing as part of the styling are also subject to increased chance of defect and do tend to wear out faster than normal.
